Our repair process

To start off we will have an initial consultation to determine what your pc needs.  Our consultation is free, so there is no need to worry.  Just bring your computer in and we will get things rolling for you.  Most repairs will require a diagnostics to make the determination of what’s wrong with the computer.  Once we complete our diagnostics, we will give you a call to explain our findings and see how you wish to proceed.  We strive to deliver you the best quality service.
